A set of 18/10 stainless steel knives that honors the gourmet culture linked to cheese, valuing the art of cutting. Sambonet Living combines design, functionality and robustness.

  • Presented in elegant packaging, the set includes 4 knives: drop-shaped with a 3-inch blade; double tip with 14 cm blade; curved with a 12 cm blade; serrated with a 12 cm blade. Dishwasher safe.
  • Drop-shaped knife for matured cheeses (Grana, Parmigiano): the blade detaches and enhances the flake. Double-ended knife for soft and semi-hard cheeses (Brie): the curved blade prevents the paste from sticking.
  • Ideal step knife for vertical and clean cuts of soft, goat or blue cheeses (Robiola, Gorgonzola and French cheeses). Knife with serrated blade: a true passe-partout at the table.
