The cocoon-like structure of the 60's suggests a transformation, and here it is the diffused and resplendent light that recreates the ambience of any room in which Viscontea is presented. The internal steel frame is white powder coated and sprayed with a unique"cocoon"resin to create the diffuser, which is then finished with a clear protective spray.
Inspiration behind the design:Its ability to help us re-imagine the things we see every day is even more evident in the use of cocoon images by the Castiglioni brothers. Here, we are inspired by a transformation that, through soft diffused light, changes everything it touches.
